UTSA Bold Promise


Incoming fall freshmen at the University of Texas at San Antonio who qualify will have their tuition and mandatory fees covered 100% for eight fall/spring semesters.

Alamo Promise


AlamoPROMISE fills the gap between a student's financial aid award and the cost of tuition and fees at any college in the Alamo Colleges District.

Texas Advance Commitment


The Texas Advance Commitment at The University of Texas at Austin is committed to reducing debt and making a UT education affordable for Texans from middle-and low-income families.

Aggie Assurance


The Aggie Assurance at Texas A&M University promotes affordability and encourages Texans to pursue higher education at a flagship, research institution.

Jaguar Promise


The Jaguar Promise at Texas A&M University - San Antonio will award FREE tuition, fees and books* to eligible first-year and transfer students.

Javelina Promise


At Texas A&M University - Kingsville, first time in college, transfer undergraduate students and current continuing students who qualify will have their tuition and fees fully covered for up to four years.

Bobcat Promise


The Bobcat Promise at Texas State University guarantees free tuition and mandatory fees for 15 credit hours/semester to new entering freshmen with a family adjusted gross income that does not exceed $50,000.

Islander Guarantee


The Islander Guarantee at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi fills the gap between a student's financial aid award and the cost of tuition and fees for newly enrolled freshmen.

The Cougar Promise


The Cougar Promise at the University of Houston covers both tuition and mandatory fees for eligible students and students from families with an AGI of $65,000 or less.

Red Raider Guarantee


At Texas Tech University, the Red Raider Guarantee guarantees tuition and mandatory fees to new entering freshmen and transfer students who meet the eligibility requirements and whose family income does not exceed $65,000.

The Dusty Promise


The Dusty Promise Program at Texas A&M International University is designed to cover tuition and mandatory fees for students who meet the eligibility requirements and whose family income is $100,000 or less. 

Blue and Gold Guarantee


The Blue and Gold Guarantee at Angelo State University assures that tuition and mandatory fees are covered by gift aid for students whose family income is $70,000 or less and who meet program requirements.

JAG Promise


The JAG Promise at the University of Houston-Victoria covers both tuition and mandatory fees for eligible students and students from families with an AGI of $65,000 or less.

Bearkat Promise


At Sam Houston State University, the Bearkat Promise guarantees tuition and mandatory fees to all participating students who meet the eligibility requirements and whose family income does not exceed $40,000.

Lamar Promise


The Lamar Promise Program at Lamar University is designed to cover tuition and mandatory fees for students who meet the eligibility requirements and whose family income is $40,000 or less. 

Purple Promise Guarantee


The Purple Promise Guarantee at Stephen F. Austin State University assures that tuition and mandatory fees are covered by gift aid for students whose family income is $80,000 or less and who meet program requirements.

Zero Tuition Guarantee


The Zero Tuition Guarantee at Texas Woman's University helps eligible students pay the gap between tuition and mandatory fees and what is paid through gift aid.

UNT Promise


At the University of North Texas, the Bearkat Promise guarantees tuition and mandatory fees to all participating students who meet the eligibility requirements and whose family income does not exceed $40,000.

Mustangs Guarantee


The Mustang Guarantee at Midwestern State University is designed to cover tuition and mandatory fees for students who meet the eligibility requirements and whose family income is $65,000 or less. 

Paydirt Promise 


The Paydirt Promise at the University of Texas at El Paso covers tuition and mandatory fees for eligible students whose family income is $75,000 or less and who meet program requirements.
