Management
Dr Robert McClelland is an experienced higher education manager. He is Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, with a PhD in Blended and Virtual Learning for Business. His research areas are in business learning and evaluation of public sector projects (particularly in health).
Robert is a qualified coach and mentor. He is research active and has successfully supervised over thirty PhDs, examined fifty and published over one-hundred scholarly works. He was successfully submitted in the 2008 and 2014 national UK research returns.

Dr. Burkhard Schrage is a Senior Program Manager at the School of Business and Management at RMIT University Vietnam. Prior to this, he was a Professor of Strategy and Organization at the Singapore Management University. His award-winning teaching and acclaimed research are in the areas of corporate and business strategy, empirical aspects of privatization and deregulation, and corporate governance. Burkhard was a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School and has lectured at the Harvard Business School.
Burkhard has worked in both the equity capital market and corporate finance divisions at major international investment banks, advising governments and large corporations in France, Brazil, and Australia. He is the managing partner of an investment company a non-executive director at a variety of companies and organizations.
Burkhard received the Ph.D. and MALD degrees from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, in cooperation with Harvard University.
He also obtained a Certificat d’Etudes Politiques from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the International Business School in Germany.

Dr Seng Kiat, Kok is Senior Program Manager in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship in the School of Business and Management, RMIT Vietnam, and is an active researcher in the subject areas of public sector management, entrepreneurship, organizational dynamics and tourism. Seng has worked with a number of different academic and professional stakeholders developing both academic programs and real-world practice. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has delivered.
Internationally, Seng has also developed and managed academic and student programs in Malaysia and Sri Lanka. He has also delivered academic and professional lectures around the world in Argentina, China, France and Spain. He has also delivered seminars to regional businesses in the United Kingdom, Spain and Argentina as well as engaged in business development and consultancy.

Dr. John Walsh is Lecturer and Acting Program Manager, International Business at the Hanoi campus of RMIT Vietnam. His doctorate was received from Oxford University for a thesis related to international management in East Asia. He has lived and worked in Sudan, Greece, Korea, Australia, United Arab Emirates and Thailand, as well as his native UK.
He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed journal papers as well as books, book chapters and other works. He has conducted research for UNCTAD, GiZ, ERIA, ERIT Ministry of Trade and industry (Lao PDR), the World Bank, CAVAC (supported by AusAID) and other funding bodies. He has also supervised more than 20 students to graduation with doctoral degrees.

Dr. Jackie Ong is an internationally acclaimed tourism expert with more than twenty years of higher education, research and business and public sector consulting in tourism and hospitality industry. With a PhD in Sustainable Development Planning from the University of Queensland, a Master in Urban Planning from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor degree in architecture from the National University of Singapore, she is widely acknowledged for her commitment to community and global outreach training programs in sustainable tourism development. She had in the past provided consultancy and training services relating to sustainable tourism development to government officials from more than 60 developing countries under the auspices of the Singapore Government and United Nations. Her often-cited writings are significant contributions to the field of sustainable tourism development and management.

Dr. Trung Nguyen has a history of successful teaching and leadership at RMIT Vietnam. Prior to his position at RMIT Vietnam, he worked at FPT Corporation and Open University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He has received a number of awards and scholarships for his academic work and contributions in the past 15 years. Trung is now Head of Department, Management, School of Business and Management, RMIT University.
He was also in charge of the International Business program at RMIT Vietnam for over 4 years. This program has been the largest program of the university. He was also heading up the Master of International Business (MIB) program at the university.
