Following are the new business rules for PostGrad intensive courses applied from 2019-3, SBM will communicate these rules with their students (both new and current) to ensure students are aware of these rules.
If a student drops/withdraws BEFORE the 1st day of the intensive, there shall be no penalty.
If a student drops/withdraws ON the 1st day of the intensive, the financial penalty shall be 2 million VND.
If a student drops/withdraws AFTER the 1st day of the intensive, the financial penalty shall be full course fee. In this case, a WDR (Withdrawal), which is NOT included in the GPA calculation, will show up on the student's transcript.
If a student drops/withdraws AFTER the 2nd day of the intensive, the financial penalty shall be full course fee and the academic penalty is a result of NN (Fail). In this case, an NN (Fail), which is included in the GPA calculation, will show up on the student's transcript.
