Participating in a 5km charity marathon was an amazing experience that helped me in many ways. It allowed me to discover my strengths and areas where I can improve. I pushed myself beyond my limits and developed new skills like endurance, determination, and perseverance. I not only ran in the marathon but I also helped to plan it a some areas. Planning for the marathon with other participants was important, and we worked together to make it a success. Throughout the training and marathon. Overall, this experience helped me grow personally and understand the impact I can make in the world.

Participating in a 6km charity marathon, similar to the one I did before, was another meaningful experience that helped me grow in different ways. It allowed me to see my strengths and areas where I could improve, just like before. Running in this marathon was a challenge that pushed me to develop new skills, both physically and mentally. I learned how to plan and organize my participation, work with others, and stay committed and determined. It also taught me the benefits and challenges of teamwork and made me more aware of global issues. I considered the consequences of my choices and made responsible decisions throughout the experience. Overall, it was another opportunity for personal growth and to make a positive impact through charity.

Trying hula hooping for the first time was a new experience for me that helped me grow in different ways. I discovered my strengths, like coordination and rhythm, while also recognizing areas where I could improve, such as balance and timing. It was a challenge that required learning a new skill and practicing consistently to get better. I planned my hula hooping sessions by researching techniques and setting aside time for practice. Even though it was an individual activity it was still very fun to do in my personal time.Â
