If you're considering therapy for your child or teen, you're welcome to reach out with questions or to inquire about current availability.
I work with a limited number of clients so that I can provide individualized attention and quality care to the families I work with. Availability is limited and may vary throughout the year.
The easiest way to reach me is through my Psychology Today profile. You can send a message with a little information about what you're looking for, and I’ll follow up with information about availability and next steps.
Once you reach out, we can determine whether my services and availability are a good fit for your family. If it seems like a good match, I'll provide information about scheduling, the intake process, and what to expect when beginning therapy.
The initial process is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward. Finding the right therapist matters, and it's okay to take that time.
Because I maintain a small caseload, I may not always have immediate openings. If I don't currently have an opening that fits your needs, I can let you know what options may be available.
If you are looking for immediate support or your child is experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988, 911, or your local emergency department rather than waiting for a response to a therapy inquiry.
