Personal Inspection evaluates the appearance, organization, and discipline of cadets. During an inspection, cadets are required to demonstrate their adherence to uniform standards, grooming regulations, and general military bearing. They are judged on the cleanliness, neatness, and correctness of their uniforms, which must be worn according to strict guidelines. The inspection also assesses cadets' knowledge of military customs, courtesies, and their ability to respond confidently to questions from the inspecting officer. The Personnel Inspection helps instill pride, attention to detail, and personal accountability, and it encourages cadets to maintain a high standard of conduct both in and out of uniform.
