Operations 

The Operations Department is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, training activities, and logistics. This department ensures smooth daily operations, such as scheduling competitions and special events, while also maintaining communication between  different units ensuring that resources and materials are available. The Operations department plays a crucial role in supporting the overall mission of NJROTC by helping to organize and manage the unit's activities efficiently.
