COMPENSATION
SP = "Sales Points" ($100 = 90 SP)
BP = "Business Points" ($100 = 70 BP)
Active Customer = Processed an order that calendar month, no dollar minimum
Lifetime Customer = Anyone who has created a free customer account anytime in the past (no purchase required)
Lifetime Rank = Once achieved, you can never fall back from this rank or lose the rewards. You will retain this rank for life!
ROAD TO TEAM LEADER:
PLANNER (10%)
MANAGER (20%) - 3,000 SP in 3 months + 3 personal Active Customers - LIFETIME RANK!
SENIOR MANAGER (30%) - 6,000 SP in 3 months + 3 personal Active Customers - LIFETIME RANK!
TEAM LEADER (40%) - 50,000 SP from the entire team in 5 months + 3 Senior Manager legs + 5 personal Active Customers (up to 25,000 SP can come from one leg)
3 MONTH DEADLINE:
You must achieve Manager and Senior Manager within 3 consecutive months.
Ex: If you buy a Manager Kit 1,500 SP on June 15, that purchase counts only until August 31! On September 1, that 1,500 SP will "fall off" and no longer count towards your rank advancement since it is no longer in the 3 consecutive months.
If you do not achieve Senior Manager in your first 3 months, you can still achieve it anytime as long as you achieve 6,000 SP in any 3 consecutive months.
BONUSES:
UNILEVEL - Earn additional 3-5% of team sales up to 6 levels with 1,000 SP in a calendar month + 10 Lifetime Customers
Earn additional 5% on personal purchases and sales with 2,000 SP in a calendar month + 20 Lifetime Customers
Earn additional 10% on personal purchases and sales with 4,000 SP in a calendar month + 40 Lifetime Customers

REQUIREMENTS TO GET PAID:
Payday is weekly on Tuesdays with a 3 week delay.
Managers & Senior Managers must have 3 Active Customers in a calendar month to get paid.
Team Leaders and Above must have 5 Active Customers in a calendar month to get paid.
Customer orders have no minimum dollar requirement to count.
If the customer requirement is not met, commissions will be held until the requirement is met, then commissions will be paid in full. Commissions do not erase.

How to explain the Unilevel slide (directly above):
If you introduce 3 Planners, who introduce 9, who introduce 27, etc for 6 levels… you’d have about 1,100 planners on your team.
If each person did 1,000 BP per month, you’d be making $33,000 per month.
If you only had 10% success and they only did 100 BP each, you’d be making $3,300 per month.
If they had double the success at 2,000 BP each, you’d be making $66,000 per month.
