I was tasked with finding four different media sources, ethically citing where they came from and explaining how they were allowed to be shared.
I found this image using the Use and Remix filter on the CC website.
I downloaded the image using the medium sized version and uploaded to this site.
The image is shareable under the CC BY 2.0 deed.
You are free to:
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format for any purpose, even commercially.
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.
Under the following terms:
Attribution — You must give appropriate credit , provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made . You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

Title: Cat Laptop
Author: Idil Keysan for the Wikimedia Foundation - 2019
Source: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Cat_Laptop_-_Idil_Keysan_-_Wikimedia_Giphy_stickers_2019.gif
License: The Wikimedia Foundation owns almost none of the content on Wikimedia sites — the content is owned, instead, by the individual creators of it. However, almost all content hosted on Wikimedia Commons may be freely reused subject to certain restrictions (in many cases). You do not need to obtain a specific statement of permission from the licensor(s) of the content unless you wish to use the work under different terms than the license states.
Content under open content licenses may be reused without any need to contact the licensor(s), but just keep in mind that:
some licenses require that the original creator be attributed;
some licenses require that the specific license be identified when reusing (including, in some cases, stating or linking to the terms of the license); and
some licenses require that if you modify the work, your modifications must also be similarly freely licensed.
Content in the public domain may not have a strict legal requirement of attribution (depending on the jurisdiction of content reuse), but attribution is recommended to give correct provenance.
While the copyright and licensing information supplied for each image is believed to be accurate, the Wikimedia Foundation does not provide any warranty regarding the copyright status or correctness of licensing terms. If you decide to reuse files from Commons, you should verify the copyright status of each image just as you would when obtaining images from other sources.

Who doesn't love some relaxation? I found this shareable file from SoundCloud because I love me some tranquility! This audio file is named Relaxing Music for Stress Relief. Calm Music for Sleep Meditation, Healing Therapy, Study, Spa, Yoga by Spiritual Movement.
I embedded this sound using SoundCloud's embedding code.
It is shareable through SoundCloud's Terms of Use:
Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines at any and all times during your use of the Platform, SoundCloud grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable and non-transferable right and license to use the Platform in order to view Content uploaded and posted to the Platform, to listen to audio Content streamed from the Platform or offline and to share and download audio Content using the features of the Platform where the appropriate functionality has been enabled by the user who uploaded the relevant Content (the "Uploader"), and subject to the territorial availability of that feature and audio Content.

I was looking for a nature video and found this one free of copyright on YouTube.
Although YouTube doesn't state any usage policy, below is the video description and it states free use from the author.
"LICENSE: You’re free to use this video in any of your personal videos. It is Free Stock Footage, you can use it in a video with Monetization, monetization will not get affected - free to use, royalty free. "
I learned that there is both copyrighted media and media that is free to use. I realized that it's important to thoroughly check if something is sharable or not. I also discovered that most media types come with a usage agreement. Before completing this module, I often ignored the 'Legal' links!
