Carlson Ave: Panama to San Jose Ave.

For the segment between Panama and San Jose Avenues, the team will explore options to enhance pedestrian safety at unsignalized intersections. As a route to I-80, this corridor experiences both high vehicle volumes and speed. 

The project may include installing a RRFB or HAWK/ pedestrian signal, adding curb extensions, or creating a median refuge island. 

This area is within the Richmond Annex Neighborhood Council.
