Richmond 2nd

On July 10, 1977, after an extreme growth in Richmond's population, the Richmond North and South wards were divided into three wards, with each ward being referred to by numbers instead of cardinal directions: Richmond 1st Ward, 2nd Ward, 3rd Ward. The Richmond 2nd Ward was organized with Boyd B. Tripp as Bishop, with F. Robert Anderson as First Councilor and Wydon Ward as Second Councilor.
