William Wilson is the current Prime Minister of the Empire of Austenasia. He is also the first King of Gradonia, of which he is the co-founder.

Please forgive my belated correspondence of congratulations and felicitations on the tenth anniversary of Mouzeliot independence. It is a great achievement for a nation to hold such longevity.
Our two nations are bound in tradition, honoring and continuing the first and greatest empire: Rome. The paths our nations have taken have led to each other at least once, to my memory. Austenasia was enriched by the Politeia of Mouzilo for the year it was party to the nation and her people. It pleases me to see how well the state has kept itself after your abrupt departure.
With these things in mind, I again commend this achievement and wish blessings for Mouzilo, and Rhōmanía by extension. May our two nations continue fruitful and amicable relations for several more decades to come.
