This special department focuses on supporting domestic as well as international students in the matters of general welfare and coping up with the new lifestyle. This special department has RGIT Australia’s team of student support and welfare staff, along with a welfare committee. This team provides confidential support services and external referrals whenever necessary.

As mentioned above, we have a dedicated team for student welfare, the students feel comfortable in speaking with all the members of the staff. This team aims at providing long term comfort, security and health at RGIT Australia. Whenever faced with any kind of concerns, discomforts, feedbacks as well as complaints the students are encouraged to contact the RGIT Australian team. This team takes privacy very seriously and is under an oath to maintain complete confidentiality about the student’s privacy and information. The issues that RGIT’s special department focuses on are personal, health, financial and any other confidential information, including supporting the student during crisis situations.
