With We Are Mantua! Neighborhood Plan - Ten Years Later (WAM!10YL), Mantua community joined again to plan for its future, living by the motto, "Plan or be planned for. WAM!10YL is the result of a community-driven planning process led by the Mt Vernon Manor CDC with financial support from The Regional Foundation.
