Situated in far-West Philadelphia, the Haddington and Cobbs Creek neighborhoods stretch west from 52nd St to Cobbs Creek, the western boundary of the city. Haddington is the name for the neighborhood north of Market Street, spanning up to Girard Ave. 

The Cobbs Creek neighborhood encompasses a large wedge of streets south from Market St down to Baltimore Ave, and is named after the creek and the large park along the creek that provides major recreational amenities. 

Both neighborhoods were settled in the early 1900s, and the residential blocks feature classic and historic West Philadelphia rowhomes with porches and bay windows.
