Looking for whole food, plant based, no oil recipes? You've found them. Following a whole food, plant based, no oil, way of eating may be challenging in your local restaurants. But it is amazingly delicious and super simple at home. With the extremely rare exception, all the recipes found at the links below use no added oil.
