The Rev has an amazing coaching staff: Head Coach Greg Richer (he/him), and Assistant Coaches Seneca Lee (she/her), Will Baker (he/him), and Kate Brown (she/her).

Rev players establish our own team goals for the season, and Rev coaches create the strategy for how we can achieve those goals. This includes: identifying ways our team can improve from week to week, designing practice plans focused on addressing those improvement areas, running practices, and creating match rosters and rostering strategy. 

Coaches are very distinct from the other people listed on this page! Coaches are NOT elected leadership or active Rev players, and cannot help with issues related to club administration, club culture, social events, interpersonal conflict or concerns, any of our communications channels,  

The board is responsible for hiring and managing coaching staff, and the Personnel Chair (Chloe) is your point of contact for general questions or concerns about coaches.
