This tool kit is designed to help nurses in the maternal healthcare specialty implement and maintain safety improvement measures. The tool kit is divided into four categories, each containing three annotated sources. The categories selected include: patient safety and quality best practices, effective assessments and discharge education, confidence in practice and building skills, and engagement of the interdisciplinary team members.
