Robert D. Goar, SRA has over 40 years of appraisal experience in the Indianapolis area, specializing in residential appraisal for mortgage lending, employee relocation, estate planning/family law and real estate tax assessment review. 

Clients include local Indianapolis community banks, regional Indiana banks, National banks, as well as legal and accounting professionals. He serves Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson and Marion counties.

Bob is a licensed Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Indiana and is an SRA member of the Appraisal Institute. Bob graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a BS-Business degree.
