Gina Culver began her real estate appraisal career prior to 1980 in Northwest Indiana. In 1990, she relocated to the Indianapolis (Carmel) area and has focused predominantly on residential appraisals. Her main clients include mortgage lenders, corporate relocation companies, and private individuals. 

Gina is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and holds an SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute. She has a certified general appraisal license in Indiana. 

Her primary appraisal assignments involve residential properties in the Indianapolis metro area located in Marion, Hamilton, Boone, and Hendricks counties.
