Lacey Clifford is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Indiana and has been practicing since 2019. Her primary appraisal assignments include single unit residences, single unit rentals, two-to-four unit rental properties and condominiums. 

Her coverage areas include the following counties: Marion, Hamilton, Boone , Hendricks, Hancock, Johnson, Shelby , Madison and Morgan.

Lacey is a long-time resident of Indianapolis and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University – Bloomington and a Business Certification from Butler University.
