Hello Matilda families!!
You should be so proud of the hard work your actors are putting into rehearsal. This show will be fabulous thanks to their talents and efforts! Their performances will bring the story to life and even without props and costumes, their acting abilities will shine!!!
But… props and costumes will complement the play like a fabulous accessory!! Let’s help make this experience extra special for the actors and audience by providing the support needed to design the sets and wardrobe!
There are several household items that are needed for set design that we hope you can provide. Please use the link below to sign up to lend these items. They will be returned; we simply ask that you label them with your actor’s name and a phone number. You’ll notice that we have multiple slots for each item. Once you sign up, our props master will reach out to you via email to confirm which items will work best for the play. He may ask you to provide a picture.
Stay tuned… for costume requests. We’ve found many costume options from local theatres and schools but anticipate that we’ll still need the kids to dig through closets for a few missing pieces.
