Resident Engagement Training

Participants will have the knowledge and understanding of: 

1. A model of resident engagement which includes Asset-Based-Community Development, Community & Stakeholder Engagement, Assessment and Co-Design (CSEAD) 

2. Facilitating interactive resident engagement 

3. Facilitating community conversations and subsequent community-stakeholder conversations 

4. Facilitating and completing thematic data analysis from conversations 

5. Developing community profiles that identify Community Assets
