Workshop – Army Material Service Battalion 

Organised by the Director of the RENEX I project (CINAMIL) Colonel Francisco Amado Rodrigues and Doctor Carlos Alves Lopes (CH-ULisboa), with the participation of a group of researchers and employees from MML, a visit was carried out study of the reserves of the Military Museum of Lisbon, which are located on the premises of the Army Material Service Battalion (BSM), located in Entroncamento.

With the collaboration of the person responsible for managing the reserves at Entroncamento and a weapons specialist, 1st Sergeant Marques Rodrigues, a didactic speech was given and subsequently an analysis of various military artefacts was carried out.

Meeting - Naval Military Club

Project meeting at Naval Military Club with the presence of the Director of the Military Museum of Lisbon and project leader Coronel Francisco Amado Rodrigues, the Director of the Navy Museum and consultant project consultant Capitão-de-mar-e-guerra Augusto Alves Salgado, and the Researcher University of Lisbon Doctor Carlos Alves Lopes (CH-ULisboa). The central theme discussed was perspectives of collaboration between Military Museums and communication with the visiting public.

Meeting - Lisbon Military Museum

Project meeting at the Lisbon Military Museum with the presence of the Project Director Colonel Francisco Amado Rodrigues, the historical weapons technicians: Ribeiro, Ricardo Lopes, the University of Lisbon Researcher Doctor Carlos Alves Lopes (CH-ULisboa), and other Museum collaborators. The selection of the 4 artifacts under analysis for the research project was reiterated.
