Couples Coaching

Individual and couples coaching sessions offer weekly opportunities for individuals to confront challenges and work toward transformational change.  I recommend eight to twelve sessions to achieve a satisfying outcome.

Group Coaching

 I offer small group coaching for groups of 4 to 6 people who share a common concern or interest. Most groups meet for four sessions. Some examples of topics include establishing structure and routines in the household, monitoring screen time, and establishing better relationships among and between family members.

One hour session/$25 per person 

Workshops

Parent education  workshops are designed to educate and inform parent and school organizations about parenting topics. I offer a variety of workshops focusing on various subjects including ways to manage screen time, establishing expectations and boundaries in the home, and parental identity styles.
