Learn Acrylic Painting Techniques
Ages 8 to 14

Three Color Pillow Case
Ages 8 and up

Learn to sew on a sewing machine using simple straight stitches and make a custom pillow case! Please bring 3 different coordinating fabrics to use (cotton or poly/cotton blend), and a sewing machine (or you can rent one for the day for $10.00). Slow Stitching Embroidery

Step into the world of fashion and creativity during this session! Explore the intersection of art, design, and style. Learn how to create a pattern out of newsprint or wrapping paper, cut pieces and then sew them together. A simple skirt will be the focused project. Participants should have some basic sewing machine knowledge, and should bring their sewing machine. Supplies needed: 2 yards of cotton fabric and coordinating thread. (Minimum 2/Maximum 4 participants)

Have fun, socialize and be creative in a relaxed setting! Beginners are welcome! Participants will collectively choose a subject to paint, and learn techniques. Bring your own choice of beverage. Each participant may bring a beverage of choice to “sip” in our Paint and Sip party. If the participant is under the age of 21, they may not consume alcohol at the studio. The studio is not selling alcohol or providing alcohol for participants. Understand that as a “paint and sip” location with a BYOB policy, if the participant is of legal drinking age (21), they may bring a container of wine or beer to Renaissance Studio.
