At Reins of Change, children can enjoy fun, hands-on experiences with ponies without needing to ride or own a pony.
All of our sessions are completely non-ridden and designed to build confidence, develop practical skills and encourage a positive connection with ponies in a relaxed and supportive environment.
You don’t need to be a Pony Club member to take part in many of our sessions.
Our Home Education sessions offer relaxed, hands-on learning with ponies for children who are educated outside of a traditional school setting.
Children develop practical pony-care skills, build confidence and learn at their own pace, with opportunities to work towards Pony Club badges and achievements.

Our weekly after-school sessions give children the chance to spend regular time with the ponies, learning through practical, hands-on activities in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Pony Days and holiday activities give children the chance to spend more time with the ponies and enjoy a fun-filled day of hands-on activities.
From pony care and Pony Club badges to games, challenges and themed activities, every session is a little different.
Our individual sessions offer a quieter, more personalised way to spend time with the ponies.
They can be tailored to the individual child, whether they need more time to build confidence, prefer a calmer environment or want to develop particular pony-care skills at their own pace.
For children who want to take their pony knowledge further, our Pony Club programme offers the opportunity to work towards recognised badges and achievements, develop their skills and take part in additional Pony Club activities and competitions.
Pony Club is an optional extra — children do not need to be Pony Club members to enjoy our regular Reins of Change sessions.
