As of August 1, 2024, a moratorium was placed on purchasing homes in Regatta for the sole purpose of making it a rental property.

There is an additional $10 service charge.

This service takes several days, so plan accordingly.

Assessment due 10.01.26..................................... $215.00

Late Fee added 11.01.26.......................................   $50.00

Send to attorney for collection 12.01.26................   $50.00

Attorney to place lein on property.......................... $250.00

TOTAL FEES......................................................... $565.00

Once these fees are charged, the HOA cannot reverse them.
