How do I report a covenant violation?

You can report a covenant violation by sending an email to the HOA at regattahoa@gmail.com.  

Can I park my car in the street?

Parking in the street is only allowed for a brief period of time if there's nowhere else to park.  Of course, visitors may park in the street while they are visiting, but residents should restrict their own parking to the driveway.  This is not only a Regatta Covenant rule, but a county and RCSD Overlay rule, as well.

Can I build a shed, pergola, pool, etc?

All building and construction projects must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  You can reach them by sending an email to regattahoa@gmail.com. 

What do I need to do before I paint my house (shutters, door, etc) or put on a new roof?

Please reach out to the ARC at regattahoa@gmail.com to have your paint color(s) and/or type and color of shingles approved.  The ARC will review your request and send an email approving or denying the request ASAP.

Can I park my utility trailer, flatbed, etc in my driveway?

No, these are not permitted to be parked in driveways.  Please keep these in your garage or behind your fence.

How can I dispose large branches, yard waste, etc that won't fit into bags or garbage cans?

Rankin county has a crew that will come through periodically to pick these items up.  Please call the county at 601-825-1475 to schedule a pickup.

When is garbage pickup?

Waste Management comes to pick up garbage on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Please don't put your garbage cans out earlier than 7 pm the night before and try to have them put up by 5:30 pm the day of pickup, if possible.
