Can a home in Regatta be rented or leased?

• As of August 1, 2024, the Board of Directors placed a moratorium on purchasing homes for the sole purpose of making it a rental property. 

How should covenant violations be reported?

• Covenant violations can be reported at regattahoa@gmail.com.  

Can changes or additions be made to a property?

Examples: Shed, pergola, pool, new roof, paint colors, shutters/doors or mailbox

• All building and construction projects must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  

• Changes that are made without prior ARC approval are subject to a $250 assessment.

• An Approval request email should be sent to regattahoa@gmail.com with the following information:

• Property Address

• Brief description of project plans and color scheme, etc.

Can cars be parked in the street?

• Rankin County and Regatta Covenants do not allow parking in the street.

• Garages and driveways should be utilized for parking

• If there is no room in the driveway, temporary street parking is allowed.

Can a utility trailer, flatbed, boat, etc. be parked in a driveway?

• No, these must be in a garage or behind a fence.

How are large branches or other large items disposed of properly?

• Waste Management will only pick up waste in trash cans or garbage bags.

• Any large items or heavy items require a scheduled pick-up.
