General Info

• Our Facebook page is the best way to keep up with news and announcements on everything happening in Regatta.

• You may contact the HOA at any time with questions or concerns at regattahoa@gmail.com. 

• HOA fees are $195 annually and are due October 1st.  You should receive an invoice in August or September for instructions on how to pay.

• The HOA has an annual neighborhood meeting, typically in October.  Signs will be posted at the entrances of the neighborhood announcing the date of the meeting.  We will also post the date on our Facebook page.

• We typically have 2 neighborhood garage sales each year -- the 1st Saturdays in April and October.

• Garbage collection days are Tuesday and Friday.  Pickup times vary so you may put out your trash cans/bags after 7:00 pm the night before.  Please remember to remove your empty containers from the curb by 5:30 pm the day of pickup.

Lawn Maintenance

While Regatta is responsible for the maintenance of common areas, each homeowner is responsible for their property’s upkeep.  All lawns should be kept mowed regularly, which includes edging sidewalks inside and streetside, weedeating, and removing clippings from sidewalk and street.

Pets

Regatta is a pet friendly neighborhood, and many residents walk their dogs along the roads next to grassy yards. Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your dog. The county has a leash law which states all pets must be on a leash when outside the homeowner’s property.

Recycling

Currrently there are no pickups for recycling.  However, there is a recycle bin on Spillway Road at the local fire station.  Please limit recyclables at this location to PET 1 Plastics, Newsprint and Aluminum.  The county/city also offers a recycling station located on Marquette Road.  This location accepts large items, electronics, paint cans, etc.
