The Regatta Subdivision Facebook Page is the best way to keep up with neighborhood news and announcements.
The HOA can be contacted with any questions or concerns at regattahoa@gmail.com.
HOA Assessments are $215 annually and are due October 1st.
Invoices should be received in August or September and will include payment instructions.
Payment Instructions are listed on invoices and on the Resource Center.
A neighborhood annual meeting is held each October at the Flowood Library
Meeting details will be posted at the entrances of the neighborhood and posted on the Facebook page.
Neighborhood garage sales are held semi-annually on the 1st Saturday in April and October.
Garbage collection days are Tuesday and Friday.
Garbage may be placed at the curb the night before pick-up.
Empty garbage cans must be collected the same day.

Pets must be on leashes when in public areas.
Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your dog.
All lawns should be mowed every 1-2 weeks and should include weed eating, edging sidewalks inside and streetside and removing clippings from yard, sidewalk and street. Additional details can be found in the Architectural Guidelines.
