About Us

Regatta is a covenant community of 170 homes located in the heart of Rankin county, Mississippi.  We are about a mile from the recreation of the Ross Barnett Reservoir and just minutes away from the shopping/dining/retail of Flowood.

• Regatta has a 5 member HOA which is elected each October at the annual neighborhood meeting.  The HOA handles neighborhood business, helps to enforce the Covenants, etc.  You can send us an email at regattahoa@gmail.com.
