No. We encourage participants to register for the conference and make payment before attending.
We encourage you to stay on campus for the entire day of the conference. For parallel sessions, you are free to choose which ones to attend. However, for workshops with limited seats, please make sure to register.
REFCON 2026 is not free. Only refugees registered with UNHCR can attend for free; all others are required to pay a fee. See here for the fees.
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible via a lift. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Due to time and travel constraints for the refugee vendors, the bazaar will only operate for the full day on Day 1. We encourage you to bring small cash to support the refugee vendors.
Yes, we strongly encourage you to bring cash. Although QR payments are an alternative, we cannot guarantee that they will be accepted by all vendors.
