Registration for the ARC-UNHCR Conference on Refugee Studies and Forced Displacement 2026 is NOW OPEN. Registration guarantees access to both days of the conference, except for the Dynamic Data Storytelling Workshop, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration details

For refugees registered with UNHCR, conference registration is free. For other attendees, the fees are listed below.

Please note that if you are a Malaysian tax resident or are representing a Malaysian company and require an e-invoice for tax deduction purposes, please provide your details in the form. International attendees may select “No” under “E-invoice Details.”

Academics (non-Malaysians & Malaysians)
Fee: RM300

Open to academics, researchers, and faculty members from universities and research institutions. Please register using your official institutional email.

Public/ General Attendees
Fee: RM200

Open to professionals from corporations, private sector organizations, and industry bodies interested in refugee studies and forced displacement.

Students (non-Malaysians and Malaysians)
Fee: RM100

Open to both Malaysian and international students enrolled in any academic institution. Please register using your official university email.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) & Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)
Fee: RM100

Open to participants from NGOs & CSOs. Please register using your official organizational email where applicable.
