At Redemption Oilfield Services, we believe every challenge is an opportunity for renewal.
Founded in 2021 in Midland, Texas, we are proud to be a company built by and for West Texans. Our team comes directly from the oil and gas fields of the Permian Basin, which means we understand the work, the challenges, and the urgency of this industry. We don’t just provide services—we work hand in hand with operators because we speak their language, know their expectations, and share their drive to get the job done right.
From the beginning, we recognized the growing issue of decommissioned poly pipe abandoned across fields in West Texas. What many saw as waste, we saw as possibility. That vision led to the creation of our recycling division—an operation that has already diverted more than 21 million pounds of plastic from local landfills. By transforming retired poly pipe into reusable materials, we not only help operator's lower disposal costs but also reduce the environmental footprint of oil and gas operations throughout the Permian.
Our services go far beyond recycling. With master service agreements with some of the largest operators in the region, we provide trusted field support, remediation, flowline removal, and compliance solutions. Every project we take on reflects the same values: technical know-how, a culture of safety, and accountability that our partners can depend on.
In 2025, we took a bold step forward by launching the region’s first poly pipe shredding facility, right here in Midland. This state-of-the-art facility gives us the ability to process pipe at an unprecedented scale, creating new supply opportunities for manufacturers and closing the loop between energy production and sustainability.
At Redemption, our mission is bigger than business. It’s about stewardship—caring for the land, supporting our partners, and building a stronger, cleaner West Texas for generations to come.
