With the number one overall pick in the 2020 WNBA draft the New York Liberty selected Sabrina Ionescu, Oregon Point Guard. Ionescu was phenomenal in college and set many unbelievable records.

She set a record for most triple-doubles. She was also the first ever college player to score over 2,000 points, over 1,000 assists, and over 1,000 rebounds. With Ionescu now on the Liberty, the will be a very strong team coming into next season, whenever that might be. In college, she averaged almost twenty points per game, along with over seven rebounds per game.
