DOs 

• Engage with the kids. Let the child decide what they want to make and help them achieve it. 

• Suggest, show and let them do. Take note what you think the child can do by observing. 

• Note abilities of the child, adjust your suggestion and instruction accordingly. 

• Focus on letting the child do as much as possible. 

• Most children don't have confidence or are afraid to fail. Encourage them to give it a go since you are there to teach them. 

• Ask on-site staff for assistance if child needs more hand holding. 

• Circulate and give each child attention. Engage with them by offering tips. Demonstrate better techniques. 

DON'Ts

• Don't share personal info with the kids. 

• Don't do the artwork for the kids. Find a way to get them to do it. 

• Don't take photos of the kids.

• Don't use your mobile phones during the programme.
