Guidelines for the Base of your Assemblage: 

• Include one diagonal shape

• Include one horizontal shape

• Include one vertical shape

• Extend off the edge at least once

• Cover 75% of your base with these shapes

Plan Your Assemblage Items Based on Your Theme: 

• Brainstorm and write down a list of items you would like to include in your assemblage for your theme. 

• Collect and bring these items for your theme. 

• Plan and layout these items in your composition.
