차의과학대학교 단백체 연구팀 (CHA Proteomics Research Team)에서는 질량분석기를 활용한 단백체 분석 연구 및 질병 바이오마커 발굴 연구를 수행할 예정임.
1. 난치암, 치매 등 분자적 기전이 불명확한 질병을 대상으로 질병의 원인이 되는 단백질 네트워크를 규명함.
2. 질환 상태에서 혈액 및 조직 내 특이적으로 발현하는 단백질 바이오마커를 발굴하고 실용화 방안을 수립함.
3. 보다 효율적으로, 보다 신뢰도 높은 단백체 빅 데이터를 생산하기 위한 차세대 단백체 분석 신기술을 개발함.
4. 유전체 서열 데이터와 단백체 발현 및 PTM 데이터의 통합 분석 (다중 오믹스 연구)
5. 대량의 단백질 발현 프로파일 데이터로부터 주요 바이오마커 후보를 찾는 통계&생물정보학 분석 기법 연구
