I’m Natalie Brown — personal trainer, coach, DV survivor, mum of three, and the founder of Reclaim Coaching.
For years, my life was about survival—navigating trauma, abusive relationships, motherhood, and the quiet ache of losing myself while holding everyone else together.
I know what it’s like to flinch at love. To question your worth. To feel strong one minute and shattered the next. I’ve sat on bathroom floors whispering this can’t be my life… and I’ve stood in the gym, tears mixing with sweat, discovering strength I never knew I had.
Reclaim Coaching was born from that fire.
I started as a woman crawling her way out of silence, and I’ve become a coach helping other women rise—rep by rep, boundary by boundary. Reclaim isn’t about aesthetics or bounce-back culture. It’s about movement, mindset, and reclaiming the pieces of yourself you thought were lost.
I work with women—especially mothers and survivors—who are done playing small. Women who are ready to lead themselves. Who want to feel powerful in their skin and safe in their lives.
This isn’t a quick-fix fitness program. It’s a movement. A mirror. A call to come home to yourself.
Because healing is messy. Strength is personal. And reclaiming your life is the boldest thing you’ll ever do.
