I chose to sign up with Natalie because she made me feel empowered in just 30 minutes during our first consultation. She listened to my story, shared hers, and made me feel seen and heard. I was a year out of an abusive relationship and had just joined the gym—something I had wanted to do for years but was never 'allowed' to do before.
I was anxious, having no idea how to use the gym equipment, but Natalie was completely reassuring. She helped me make healthier choices and move my body with intention, not just for myself, but for my kids. Now, I can run around with them comfortably, and that is truly a gift.
This journey has been about more than physical strength. I didn’t know it at the time, but I wanted to feel stronger inside and out, and I do. Celebrating every little win—whether it’s dropping dress sizes or simply smashing a workout—has been amazing. Natalie has helped me transform not only my body but also my mentality. I’ve stopped constantly apologizing for things that weren’t my fault. Her approach even made me rethink my habit of apologizing, thanks to her 'one burpee for every apology' rule!
To anyone considering it, I say: do it. You deserve to invest in yourself. It’s hard, but the results are worth every bit of effort. Natalie’s guidance will make you stronger in every sense.

Natalie’s program for me is targeted to my needs and also really fun.
I have been working with Natalie for the last 6 months during a very difficult time in my life. Natalie has been helping me in more ways than just being my personal trainer. She works tirelessly crafting workout plans, dietary plans and helping to keep me motivated and getting to the gym, but more than that she's become a really good friend. She has been vulnerable with her own life struggles and helped me to navigate my own, she is an excellent listener and is flexible to accommodate life's ups and downs into our workout routine.
She has really taught me how to use exercise to strengthen not just my body, but my mind too. Improving my mental health as well as my physical health. My chronic knee issues have improved as well as my posture and back pain. I've lost weight and built muscle and am now stronger than I've ever been.
I'll always be so grateful to have had Natalie in my corner and through a really tough year and I've always looked forward to our sessions every week, leaving the gym with a smile on my face.

As a single Mum with two kids. Who has recently lost a lot of weight and was looking to move to the next step of getting fit.
I was absolutely so scared of joining a gym.
So when I came across Nats profile her similarities in the stage I’m at in my life really spoke to me.
I had a meeting with Nat where I immediately felt so comfortable talking to her about my struggles.
Walking in the next Monday I was so nervous but she put me at ease straight away.
Coming into my 4th week now of sessions with Nat I am actually excited to turn up.
She is a beautiful mentor and instructor.
Walks me through each step, even if I feel like I’m doing something wrong, she encourages me and makes me feel at ease.
I’m so happy I took a step out of my comfort zone and Nat has been a huge part in me achieving that so far.

Nat has been incredibly supportive throughout my gym experience.
I had so much anxiety and fear starting to go to the gym and she approached me on my second session by myself and helped me with a few machines. I mentioned I was thinking about seeing a PT before she said that she was one it was just a given that I was going to see her after how much I could see she cares.
She writes a weeks plan of workouts which shares videos on how to do the exercise which helps if just starting at the gym like myself.
It has been an amazing experience having Nat as my PT, being someone who genuinely cares about not just your health and fitness but also you as a person. She definitely goes the extra mile which is what makes her unique. I’m so keen to continue this journey with you Nat 🩵
