Call me Walo. I'm a Civil Engineering graduate of Covenant University. (2020)
I published the cult-classic Ewa Agoyin & Dodo: The Recipe for The Happier Student in 2019 for failing geniuses like I was.
While I was in school, I hated every day of it. I was under so much pressure to succeed, yet for my first 2 years of effort and struggle, my CGPA sank further each semester.
By graduation, my record was a 4.83 GPA—in a course I didn't even like! I didn't have enough time to personally show all my mates and juniors who would hunt me down on campus daily the recipe: to make an academic comeback with ease, to balance school with work and rest, and to hack school to get success without losing joy.
Because I had failed together with my mates and before my juniors, I understood their sadness deeply. So I modelled the recipe for the ones who never want to be scared to open their results again.
Today, I'm completely satisfied with how my life is going.
I get to use all of my talents to help other people become just as fulfilled as I am with Education Technology at recess!, while industrialising microalgae in Africa to reverse climate change at solarium, my Environmental Biotechnology company, and strengthening my fans daily using music from my infinite discography as the pangean champion, walo, the underscore.
I finished with a 4.20/5.00 (adding 0.53 points to my CGPA) as one of the best from my class.
This is not about believing in yourself, or some other intangible advice. This is real.
Prayer won't save your CGPA. Blind effort won't fix it on time.
You need the precision of Ewa Agoyin & Dodo. Let it change your life forever, the way it changed mine.
I even got a diploma in Educational Psychology and started recess because of you.
What will you be with your life?
