Are you a network builder who wants to join our mission to reconnect raw African talent to the economy? Word-of-mouth marketing is more powerful than millions spent in advertising, and we could use your help.

We don't want "promoters"; we want partners. We’ve built the tools—the Career Navigation System, the CGPA Abacus, and the Personal Systems Manual (Ewa Agoyin & Dodo: The Recipe for The Happier Student, Gemini powered!)—now we need honest voices to carry them to the right ears.

The Workflow

• The Seed: Share your genuine experience with the tool or book within your network (Campus, LinkedIn, or Professional circles and group chats).

• The Guide: Move interested individuals from "curious" to "committed" through 1-on-1 conversations, DMs from group chats, or even speaking at meetings, conferences and events.

• The Handover: For Career Navigation sessions, you bridge the gap between the client and our Curriculum Architects.

• The Verification: To log a sale, simply forward the client's email to us and send a quick WhatsApp ping to confirm. No paperwork, just proof. 

• The Payout: Track everything via our transparent Paystack dashboard. Payments are settled every week to meet your pace.

The Deal

• ⚡Dynamic Compensation: Most referral programs offer 100 Naira. We offer a juicy stake. We believe that if you do the heavy lifting of building trust, you should keep a significant portion of the value.

💰Compensation Structure: We operate on a "Performance-Multiplier" model. Your base commission starts at 10% and increases by +3.33% for every additional day of consistent referral activity resulting in a transaction within a week, capped at 30% per sale.

(e.g. 2 paid referrals = 13.33% per sale. 3 paid referrals = 16.66% per sale, etc per week)

🧮 The "Abacus" Exception: For the CGPA Abacus (₦1,000), we skip the performance-multiplier model and give you a flat 50% per sale (after Paystack deducts ₦15). It’s simple, fast, and high-volume.

• 🫡 The "No-Tail" Policy: You are compensated heavily for the direct conversion. You are not compensated for future referrals made by the network of the client you brought in.

• 🪁 Zero Deadlines: You work at your own pace. However, the +3.33% daily addition rewards those who keep the momentum going.

• 🤝🏾 Ewa Agoyin & Dodo-level Partnership: We provide the data, testimonials, and scripts. We're eager to develop new campaign ideas that you lead. You provide the human touch and the respectable reputation.

• 🌞 Real Impact: We don't want you to bother people who don't need any of our products. It will make both of us look bad. We'll also teach you what we've learned about selling our products since 2019.

• 🕵🏾 Transparency: You get a clear audit trail via our Paystack dashboard, so your contributions are always clearly honoured. No hidden fees, no "lost" referrals.
