Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing recess! for your academic and career support. Because my products are digital assets delivered instantly, I operate a strict return policy.

1. Digital Products & Guides

All sales for digital downloads, including "Ewa Agoyin & Dodo: The Recipe for The Happier Student", the CGPA Abacus, and the Career Navigation System, are final.

Once the digital content is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be "unseen" or returned.
I do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital products.

2. Borrowing Plans

If you are unsure about a full purchase, I offer lower-priced borrowing plans for my guides. These plans provide temporary access at a fraction of the cost. Please note that borrowing fees are also non-refundable. Learn more about borrowing here.

3. Accidental Double Payments

If you accidentally pay for the same item twice, I can issue a refund if:

The duplicate transactions occurred within a 15-minute margin.
You can provide proof of both transactions (Paystack receipts).

Alternative to Refund: If you overpay, you may choose to gift the extra access to another student and receive cashback. Details on this arrangement can be found on my Alternative Payments Page.

4. CGPA Abacus Calculations

The CGPA Abacus is priced at 1,000 NGN per calculation session. Please ensure your data is ready before starting, as each new session requires a new payment.

5. Consultations

Consultations I offer or in partnership with vetted contractors are non-refundable.

I ensure your expectations are clear before accepting payment, and I expect in return that you value the non-fungible time taken to prepare for you and the deliverables agreed upon (such as the Career Navigation System's curated curriculum).
My team and I will obtain your consent before concluding a successful session.
Acting on the advice provided is your responsibility. Some contractors working as your Curriculum Architects may offer separate paid services for accountability.
I will always follow up after your session to ensure your experience was worth the investment.
