We are looking for elite specialists to lead our 92/100 Career Navigation sessions in a high-leverage partnership.

The Workflow

• The Data: We provide the raw psychological data + insights AND our custom Gemini AI partner trained to optimise your total efficiency.

• The Session: You spend 20 minutes validating the client’s trajectory and 10 minutes live-curating a world-class career roadmap.

• The Result: No "homework." No admin. Just high-level expertise delivered in 30 minutes

The Deal

• ⚖️ Flat Fee per Session: We (both) charge ₦35k-120k (or local value equivalent) depending on tier, you take ₦25k-90k from it for 30 minutes of deep work.

• 🫡 Zero Admin: Our tool generates the roadmap; you simply verify the quality and add the human touch from your years of cultivated experience.

• 🤲🏿 Real Autonomy: Unlike other platforms, we want you to take the client 1-to-1. After the initial session, the client is yours for weekly coaching or retainers.

• 🤝🏾 Ewa Agoyin & Dodo-level Partnership: We provide undisputable credibility for your expertise, gaining you data-based trust from your network through our digital tools. After our guided 30-minute session, we step out of the way. Whether you transition them into your private coaching practice or sign them onto a yearly retainer, the relationship is 100% yours. We only ask that you:

  • Join us in spreading the free tool to your network (we both benefit).

  • Guide your client through the paid assessment cycle again to get fresh data.

• 🕵🏿‍♂️ Audit Trail: We offer a transparent partnership via our Paystack dashboard so your contributions are always clearly honoured.

• ​🌍 Continental Compensation: We collaborate on rates relative to your local economy. Your payments are disbursed using Grey (supported currencies); no account required to start.

• 🌞 Passive Upsell: Earn 10%+ commission on referrals to our personal systems manual.

The Tiers

Tiers are decided by the client's desired goal, not just their work experience, allowing professionals to pivot at any point. Our tool simplifies their history and stories into valuable insights on their transferrable and/or specialist skills, freeing up your sessions to focus on one goal.

• Early Career (<3 yrs): Foundation, Market Entry, Fresh Start. (₦35k sessions)

• Professional (3-7 yrs): Specialisation, Management, Key Transferable Skills. (₦85k sessions)

• Executive (8+ yrs): Strategy, Authority, Agility. (₦120k sessions)
