focuses on the implementation of the product of phase 1: the presentation of modules in a showcase to a wider audience

Diversity in Education

The teachers were exposed to the concept of Diversity which aimed to equip teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop culturally aware and civic-minded youth leaders.

This is to provide fluidity to the teachers in navigating through different and multi-ethnic settings of the Malaysian education system.

Culturally Responsive Teaching

This module equips the teachers with guided pedagogies laden with culturally sensitive elements such as prejudice, stereotyping and bias in a multicultural setting such as Malaysia

It particularly deals with the know-hows; increasing the capabilities of the teachers to teach a diverse range of students

Hikmah Pedagogy

A unique pedagogy that focuses on inquiry and logic, this pedagogy intends to equip the teachers with the intellectual side of teaching; an important part of knowledge itself.

This module exposes the teachers to formulate lessons that can engage with the students' thinking as a mean to provide effective lesson.

The modules were also supplemented by talks from prominent figures in the tertiary education in order to provide the best input for the teachers to internalize and utilize at the flash of inspiration it might spark.

On Sejahtera Concept in Education

The rector mainly focuses on the concept of Sejahtera or "Wellness" in education, a value-based education system.

It is in line with the holistic nature of the program who not only emphasized on the performance aspect of the teachers, but also on implementation of values that can bring about well-being in the educational system.

On How Civic Participation Can Promote Democratic Values and Facilitate Learning

The idea of civic participation and engagements was introduced to the teachers; that changes in the society does not need the direct intervention from agencies, but from its own volition and mobilization of efforts from civic individuals which is tied closely to the principle of leadership this program promotes.
