This module introduced the teachers to their idea of self; an important determinant of how they will teach later on
The teachers' personality, strength and weaknesses were uncovered in this module.
In this session, teachers were exposed to the concept of leadership and its wide application in multiple settings; whether it is the leadership of the self, family or the classroom and the school at large.
It demanded the teachers to explore their type of leadership and how can they apply it in their schools setting.
The teachers are exposed to the financial side of life, where they are taught basic financial principles and its theories.
The teachers then was tasked, with their newly acquired financial knowledge, to come up with a financial plan that can be implemented in their school
The module presented the teachers with the concept of civic education, and its practice in the educational settings.
This module was the last module before the teachers were asked to brainstorm (in designated groups) to come up with a module of their own to be exercised with their students in school when they return from the program.
The teachers presented their modules on their respective selection, based on the modules they were taught from the last 4 days of their program; Personal Character Growth, Leadership, Financial Literacy and Civic Engagement
Module writers and the teachers then assess the modules presented. The modules then were commented upon before it was concluded. The modules then became the teachers' to use in their school later.
