About Me

Hello, my name is Danner. I’m from Guatemala. When I was born, unfortunately my father left my mother. My mother is father and mother for me. When I was seven years old, she had to travel to the USA because she did not have enough money to give me a better education and a better future. In my country it is required to have a university degree to have a job. I was lucky that my grandparents took care of me. My grandparents are my world because they educated me and gave me all the love that a mother and father can give a son. My sad and happy moment in my life was when I had to travel to the USA. It was my sad moment because I left my grandparents and my happy moment because I saw my mother when I was twelve year old.

Soccer

When I was seven year old, I started to play soccer on the middle school team. I played three years for my school. After that, a lot of people saw how I was playing. One of them had a soccer academy. They talked with my family to give me an opportunity to practice and do what I loved.

Soccer is a sport that when you play you forget your problems; you forget everything. The only thing that you have to think about is winning the game.

I have a of lot moments, good and bad too. I can't forget when I played soccer. One of the bad moments was when I missed my penalty in the final of the game. And the good moment was when I played with my grandfather on the last day in my country.
