Introducing RTCalc

RTCalc was originally based on the expertise of Swedish pioneers and experts who worked with Alfa Laval in the 1980’s. These experts then founded SWEP and continued technology development for a number of years. After departing SWEP they continued software development in a small niche software company.

Virtually all leading-brand plate heat-exchanger companies have used the core algorithms over the years, to form their technology basis.

RareTechSEA acquired the rights to the technology and source code, and has continued the development and refined the software.

RTCalc Lite Designer 2024

RTCalc Lite was developed as a budget version of the
full RTCalc Pro package, in order to serve the following
client base:
- Engineers
- Designers
- PHE after-market re-manufacturers
- Academic institutions, universities, colleges
RTCalc Lite retains many of the core essential features
of RTCalc Pro.
Our Bespoke customized version allows customers to include additional plates from our extensive plate library
