Founder and managing partner. He completed a BSc Eng (Mech) degree (Cum Laude), in South Africa in 1985. He has traveled through over 36 countries as an international Consulting Engineer.

Desmond is the driving force behind the company. He loves to keep his hands full by participating in the development of new, novel thermo-fluid technologies, software, marketing, and customer support.

He continues academic research in the field of turbulent fluid flow - The Wave Nature of the Navier-Stokes Equations.  

Desmond has published a number of papers at various international academic conferences in South East Asia.
