The process may seem lengthy but completing each step in a timely manner will help ensure your success in your new position. Please be on the lookout for an email coming from no-reply@randstadusa.com with the subject "Randstad Skill Check." This assessment will require you to listen to a consumer call, record information in a tracking system, and do some basic analysis.

1 photo of the exterior of your residence
1 photo that includes the desk/chair before training begins
1 photo full range photo that includes your equipment set-up with all wires connected and desk/chair in place
Scan and send 2 forms of ID
Proof of Education (high school diploma or GED)
Internet Speed Test
*To ensure that you can use the necessary software without interruption, remote positions require an internet speed of 20 download and 2 upload. You'll need to complete a speed test. You'll have to be connected through an Ethernet cable and internet can not be supported by a satellite or a wifi provider. Wifi is disabled from the equipment you'll be provided for this position.
You'll receive and email with the facility location and instructions. It is very important that you not miss your appointment so that we can keep you moving through the hire process in a timely manner!
If you successfully pass all screening steps and complete all onboarding documents, we'll reach out to make a formal offer. We will also verify your mailing address as well as gather any remaining or outstanding items in preparation of equipment being mailed to you if you will be working remotely.
Once you have accepted an offer for a position with us, we will mail your equipment to your home 1 week prior to your class start date if working remotely. You will receive your equipment your first day for in center positions. You will use this equipment while you are on assignment with Randstad at Whirlpool.
You must return all equipment within 24-48 hours upon receipt of shipping label should your assignment end or you will be charged for it (label typically received within 7 business days) or to a center within 14 days.
